These Boots are Made for Flaunting…

“Oh, I don’t need another pair of shoes. Said no woman, EVER!”

I own a pair of knee length boots, but what can I wear them with?

Fall has arrived, stores are packed with sweaters and cardigans, Pumpkin flavored drinks are being purchased and woman are walking the streets flaunting knee high boots. Whether you own 5 pairs in different colors or contemplating on purchasing some, this is the perfect time! I know, knee high boots are intimidating, and you don’t want to seem over dressed or to promiscuous however, after this article you will be able to rock those boots looking fabulous and not overly dressed. When pairing outfits with knee high boots, always look for:

Duh, Color Scheme: If your outfit is all black or tan, boom! Pop it with tan boots to create an accent. (I always try to avoid black on black such as black shirt, jeans and boots)
● Skinny jeans work best when wearing knee high boots to avoid room in your jeans.
Boots + Coat = MAGIC!! When you wear knee high boots, you gain length in your legs, height and slimness, always wearing a pea coat or long wool coat always creates a runway look.
Make sure you’re comfortable with the heel. Some boots have skinny high heels or a thicker heel, if you can properly walk in higher thin heels then perfect! However, if you can’t there are plenty of stores carrying thicker heels. (Walking safely is the #1 rule)
Watch the weather. No matter if you have a thick heel, some boots are not reliable in rain or snow and can ruin the fabric on your shoes, and we don’t want that!

These tips are simple and easy to understand, so start online searching, head to your nearest shoe store and work those boots girl!
